Return & Refund Policy – Weoliv
At Weoliv, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable nutrition. To ensure fairness and transparency, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
If your order arrives with:
- Broken seal or tampered packaging
- Damaged outer box
Do not accept the delivery.
👉 Please:
- Take clear photos of the package
- Email us at marketing@weoliv.com
Once the shipment is returned to us and verified, we will initiate a replacement promptly.
Reporting a Damaged Delivery
If you have accepted a damaged package, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Unboxing video
- Images of outer packaging (inside & outside)
- Images of the damaged product

Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To ensure a fair claims process, an unboxing video is required for all damage or incorrect product claims.
This helps us:
- Verify the issue accurately
- Process your request faster
Inspection & Replacement
- Claims are reviewed after verification of submitted proof
- If approved, the product will be picked up within 5 working days
- A replacement product will be dispatched within 7 days after pickup
👉 We currently offer replacements only (no refunds) for damaged or incorrect products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- To cancel, email: marketing@weoliv.com
Once approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee
For COD orders:
- A ₹99 convenience fee is charged at checkout
Please note:
- This fee is non-refundable
- Applicable even if the order is cancelled, returned, or replaced
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged in transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product delivered
All claims must be:
- Reported within 24 hours
- Supported with valid photo/video proof
👉 Refunds are processed only if:
- Product is unused
- Packaging is sealed and intact
- Claim is approved after inspection
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product has been used
- Seal is broken
- Serial number is tampered
If a return is deemed ineligible, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund Processing
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 7 working days
- COD Orders: Refunded to bank account within 14 working days after approval
